Privacy Policy
Praxon LLC ("Praxon," "we," "us") provides field-execution software for specialty trade contractors. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices. It applies to our website at praxonops.com and our application at app.praxonops.com (together, the "Services").
We build software for businesses. Most personal information we handle is work-related contact and account information for people using Praxon on behalf of their employer.
Information we collect
Information you give us directly
- Early-access and contact requests: your work email, company name, role, company size, and anything you write in the message field.
- Account information: name, work email, and a password (stored securely — we never see it in plain text).
- Content you put into Praxon: project, schedule, floor-plan, delivery, labor-hour, field-status, photo, and related operational data you and your team enter to run your work.
- Communications: messages you send us for support or by email.
Information we collect automatically
- Basic technical and usage data needed to run and secure the Services — for example, log data, device/browser type, and error diagnostics.
- Authentication cookies that keep you signed in. We do not use advertising cookies.
We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and the Services are not directed to children.
How we use information
- To provide, operate, and maintain the Services.
- To set up and secure your account.
- To respond to your requests and provide support.
- To improve and develop the Services.
- To communicate with you about your account, updates, and — if you opted in through the website — early access.
- To meet legal and security obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not show third-party ads.
How information is shared
We share information only as needed to run the Services:
- Service providers (subprocessors) that operate our infrastructure under contract: Supabase (database, authentication, file storage), Vercel (application hosting), Cloudflare (DNS/network), Resend (transactional email), and Sentry (error monitoring). These providers process data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.
- Your organization. Praxon is a team tool. Information you enter is visible to authorized members of your company's account according to their roles.
- Legal reasons. If required by law, or to protect rights, safety, and the integrity of the Services.
- Business transfers. If Praxon is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information may transfer as part of that transaction.
Data retention
We keep information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Services, then for a reasonable period afterward to meet legal, security, and operational needs. You can request deletion as described below.
Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit, row-level access controls that isolate each company's data from every other company's, and restricted internal access. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data and to address issues promptly.
Your choices and rights
You may request to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or ask questions about how it's handled, by emailing brian@praxonops.com. If your information was entered by your employer's account, we may direct your request to them as the account owner. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable law.
Changes
We may update this Policy from time to time. We'll post the updated version here with a new "Last updated" date, and for material changes we'll provide reasonable notice.
